'Drær' is our first single cask Young Rye. A spirit that until now has not left the grounds at Oremandsgaard Estate.

'Drær' is the danish word for when the Rye releases pollen. A field of Rye releases pollen simultaneously in a large cloud of mist. When you see this cloud of fog, it is said that the rye 'Drær' - it is a sign that the harvest is just around the corner. Nothing is therefore more obvious than to call the early harvest of what will later become a Rye Whisky for 'Drær'. The distilled Rye has aged 16 months in a PX Sherry cask.
